Subscriptions: manage or cancel Lyra PRO in your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. To restore a purchase on a new device, open Lyra's paywall and tap Restore Purchases.
Your data: everything you enter is stored on your device. Sign in only if you want secure cloud backup across devices.
Delete account & backup: Settings → Delete Account permanently removes your cloud account and backup.
Reset the app: Settings → Reset App clears all local data.
AI features: AI Insights, Receipt Scan, and Bank Import only run when you trigger them — nothing is sent in the background.
When emailing about a problem, it helps to include your device model and iOS version, and a short description of what you expected versus what happened.
