These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lyra app. By using Lyra you agree to these Terms.
Lyra is a personal budgeting tool. It helps you record spending, set budgets, and understand your habits — including, with a PRO subscription, AI-generated insights.
Lyra's numbers, projections, and AI insights are informational only. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and may contain errors (AI output in particular can be inaccurate). Always verify important figures yourself and consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.
Your data is stored on your device, and in our cloud only if you sign in to enable backup. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and, if you choose not to sign in, for any loss of data if your device is lost, reset, or the app is deleted.
An account is optional and used only for cloud backup and restore. You must provide accurate sign-in information and keep access to your email or Apple ID. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account.
You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the services, disrupting our servers, or using the AI features to process content you have no right to share.
We may update, change, or discontinue features (including AI features) at any time. We aim for high availability of cloud services but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for financial decisions made based on the app's output. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using Lyra at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
